Reports use verified metadata

Only completed, server-verified files appear in report totals and CSV exports.
Date filters are inclusive UTC dates; use a project filter to narrow larger histories.
CSV exports are capped at 10,000 rows and recorded in the workspace audit trail.
Report exports read Uptoad metadata and never download file bytes from Drive.
