- 02Add a companyCreate the company record and its first client person. Companies organize access but do not sign in.
- 03Add peopleGive each person their own identity, company memberships, and one-use password setup link.
- 04Create a projectCreate the permanent upload space and assign only the people who need access.
- 05Test the handoffOpen the client page privately, sign in as an assigned person, and verify a small upload in Files and Drive.
